Steps to Change Wallpaper within a Theme in Windows 10
Desktop theme is a cool feature introduced with Windows 7. Lots of third party themes as well as official Windows OS. In fact, the official Windows Personalization Gallery has more than 300 desktop themes for Windows 7, Windows 8 and Windows 10.
As you probably know, a desktop theme usually includes two or more images, among other things. In Windows 8.1 and Windows 7, after installing and applying a desktop theme, we could choose individual wallpapers included in the current theme. That is, in previous versions of the Windows operating system, selecting a single wallpaper is quite easy and straightforward.
Microsoft has partially removed the classic customization window from Windows 10. While the customization window in Windows 10 is present, many of its features have been removed.
In Windows 10, the choice of individual images included in a theme is quite difficult. For example, if the currently active desktop theme includes 15 images but you like only 5 of them, there is no easy option to choose another 10 photos. In short, Windows 10 automatically uses all desktop wallpaper images, even if you’re only interested in a couple of photos.
If you open the classic customization window and click on the background link, the background section of the setup application will open instead of the classic switch the desktop background window. And yes, the Classic Choose Desktop Background exists in Windows 10.
